We know there's a lot to think about when deciding to move home, so we've compiled a list of common questions.
What are the criteria for the apartments?
All applicants must meet the minimum age criteria of 55 years, exceptional circumstances will be considered for applicants who are below the minimum age and are disabled. Applicants will normally require assistance with their daily living tasks and/or their personal care or be quite independent but would benefit from a safer and more supportive environment.
How does the allocation process work
Decisions will be made by a Joint Allocation Panel and priority will be given to those who have an urgent need for re-housing due to a high level of care needs, however people who have no statutory care needs but can indicate that their current housing is no longer suitable and extra care accommodation would promote independence will also be considered.
Are residents allowed pets?
Pets are only allowed if owned before moving into Primrose Gardens or Tatton Gardens. All those moving in with pets will need to complete a pet form. Once moved in, you won't be able to take on any(more) pets.
